Mr. Anil Kumar Vaswani, the undersigned, Managing Director of the Company is a First class Graduate Civil Engineer from IIT (BHU), Varanasi and has at his back expertise of construction inclusive of infrastructure services. He hails from a business family with roots in the constructional activities as Builders & Contractors over the last 25 years.
Mr. S. L. Vaswani, Director of this Company has a long trail of experience ranging over three decades having operated in the Middle East, India & Far East and has executed Group Housing.
Mr. Rajeev Bansal, Director of this company is B. Tech by profession. He has rich experience of over two decades of industry & trade and completed many projects
Besides this, our Executive Director Sh. Sandeep Sharma, M. Tech (IIT Kanpur) has been long associated as Structural Engineer in L&T ECC. In addition, we take pleasure in saying that we have a number of Graduate & Diploma holder Engineers as well experienced Supervisors/ Foremen as site staff associated with us.
Jayesh Sharma, Executive Director in our company is a graduate from Delhi university and is having experience of 15 years in Planning and Construction of Townships,Lowrise and Highrise Group Housings as well as execution of Infrastructural Projects
Our office is well catered with experienced personnel both Technical and Administrative to prepare professional cost estimates, tendering, planning, designing, material procurement, financial management, techno-economical appraisals of projects and feasibility of schemes.
Our company is also working jointly as a collaborator with SMV Agencies Pvt. Ltd. and completed township of 875 apartments namely Jaipuria Sunrise Greens and commercial Jaipuria Sunrise Plaza at Zirakpur Punjab, andas well as also developing another township at NH-24, Ghaziabad
